Aetina launches edge AI computer AN110-XNX for smart applications

Aetina Corp. has reportedly rolled out the its new edge AI computer—AN110-XNX—that is poised to bolster the capabilities of the NVIDIA® Jetson Xavier™. The highly anticipated expansion of edge AI system portfolio is expected to culminate in smart transportation, retail, factories, AIoT, healthcare, robotics, among others.

PM of Aetina Corp. Eric Chu was quoted emphasizing the significance of teaming up with NVIDIA as the company endeavors to deliver long-term embedded and industrial solutions to the customers across a slew of industries.

Chu noted that Aetina places emphasis on rendering the service of edge AI computing solutions based on Jetson platform meant for embedded applications.

With nearly 500,000 developers, NVIDIA Jetson is apparently the leading AI-at-the-edge computing platform.

Manufacturers of intelligent machines and developers of AI applications have the capability of building and deploying top-quality, software-defined features on edge and embedded devices focusing on smart cities, robotics, industrial IoT and healthcare, to name a few.

For the record, Aetina is using 5G communications capability and full function browser-based edge device management to develop Jetson Xavier NX based edge computing platforms.

The company believes the energy-efficient module is propelled with the advanced NVIDIA Jetpack™ 4.4 SDK, thereby providing customers and developers with options galore for embedded edge-computing options. These edge-computing options warrant increased performance to underpin AI workloads; however, they are impeded by weight, size, cost or power budget.
